About Marlborough Concert Orchestra

Marlborough Concert Orchestra (MCO) plays light music and popular classics. It was formed in 2006 and rehearses weekly during term time in the The Marlburian at Marlborough College.

Philip Singleton has been the MCO's conductor since April 2022. The leader of the orchestra, Karen Sancto, has been a member for many years.

MCO has entertaining and productive rehearsals leading to three exciting concerts per year. The orchestra is registered as a charity and run by a committee. We warmly welcome new players and aim to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of orchestral music in all its aspects.
